Rey Garcia

Rey came up playing guitar in a Florida-based pop-alternative band before life brought him to Colorado, from Texas and the music brought him somewhere else entirely.

These days he performs solo — just voice, a Guitar, and a repertoire that draws on folk, ragtime, and bluegrass with the smoky undertow of a 1920s speakeasy vibes. The setup is simple. The sound–encapsulating.

Based out off Aurora, Colorado. Performing across the Denver metro area and into the mountain towns. You may occasionally find him picking up gigs in and around Austin, and the Texas Hill Country.
